ONEIDA (WATE) - A Scott County man was arrested July 31 on 75 counts of rape, 75 counts of sexual assault and 75 counts of related sexual crimes.
The sheriff's office took Bobby Seigal Sexton, Jr. 47, into custody at his home in Oneida.
A family member told investigators on July 30 that he had sexual contact with her from February through July. She said he began taking pictures of her in her underwear and the contact escalated after that.
The family member also said her older sister moved out their home in late January or early February because their father was touching her inappropriately.
Sexton was booked into the Scott County Jail on a $500,000 bond.
He's scheduled to be in court on August 15.
