KNOXVILLE (WATE) - A man was injured Tuesday night when he was shot in East Knoxville, but police say he has been uncooperative.
Knoxville police say they were called to East Glenwood Avenue to investigate a report of a shooting. When they arrived they found the man with a gunshot wound in his leg, but he apparently had been shot at another location.
Police say they have not been able to get any information to explain how he was shot. His name has not been released.
The victim was taken to UT Medical Center for treatment of a non life-threatening injury.
