KNOXVILLE (WATE) - A Clinton man was arrested in an investigation by the Knoxville Police Department Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Ricci Ellis Myers, Jr., 21, was arrested for sexual exploitation of a minor, a Class C Felony.
Police say the investigation began after someone saw what they thought were images of child pornography on Myers' cell phone.
Myers was interviewed by ICAC investigators and agreed to let them examine the phone.
They allegedly found more 150 images of child pornography and child erotica.
Myers is being held on a $15,000 bond at the Knox County Detention Facility.
