BEAN STATION (WATE) - Two Bean Station residents were arrested Saturday for drugs, according to a Grainger County Sheriff's Department press release.

Sheriffs raided the home and found roxycodone, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a loaded handgun.

Deputies arrested Corey Steven Adkins, 26, and Heather Nicole Atkins, 22, both of the 400 block of Cross Road.

"These were major dealers in Grainger County and running an elaborate pill dealing business from their residence," Sheriff Scott Layel said.

Layel said that surveillance indicated as many as 30 to 40 different vehicles that visited the residence daily.

Adkins and Atkins are in the Grainger County Jail under $7,500 bond. Their arraignment date is August 30.
