KNOXVILLE (WATE) - Several shots were fired at vehicles Sunday night in South Knoxville.
Officers were called to the area of Boggs Avenue near Davenport Road around 9 p.m. on a report of a car window shot out.
As they responded they learned a second vehicle's window had been shot out in the same area.
Officers say the shots apparently were fired from the Spanish Trace Apartments.
Witnesses identified a male suspect, but officers didn't find anything suspicious during a search of the area.
