KNOXVILLE (WATE) - An Asheville restaurant chain that has plans to open a restaurant in Knoxville's Market Square is starting to hire employees.
Tupelo Honey is holding a two day job fair Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at food distributor Sysco, 900 Tennessee Ave. in Knoxville.
Job seekers should fill out an application from the company's website and bring it with them.
Tupelo Honey managers expect to hire about 80 workers.
The restaurant will open sometime in October in the first floor of the Oliver Hotel.
