RICEVILLE (WATE) - A Monroe County man was killed in what sheriff's investigators call a family dispute in McMinn County on August 26.
Dennis Patterson, 60, was found dead with gunshot and stab wounds at a home in Riceville.
Sheriff Joe Guy says deputies arrested Patterson's wife's nephew, Jason Baker, and charged him with first degree murder.
Baker is being held without bond in McMinn County.
