WHITE PINE (WATE) - A Morristown man died on August 21 when his car hit a concrete bridge pillar and burst into flames.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol said positive identification of Curtis W. Owenby, 32, was delayed until August 28.
Owenby was driving a 2005 Dodge Stratus very fast south on state Highway 113 when his car went off the road, hit the bridge pillar and caught fire, according to the THP report.
The highway patrol said Owenby had to be identified by dental records.
