KINGSTON (WATE) - The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is asking the public for any information about a man's unsolved homicide in Roane County.
Family members found Russel Charles Blevins, 85, shot multiple times in his Kingston home at 138 Hart Orchard Road on Sunday, August 12.
Investigators believe firearms are missing from Blevins' residence including an M-1 30 cal. carbine rifle. The serial number to the weapon is unknown.
The case is under investigation by the TBI, the Roane County Sheriff's Office and the 9th Judicial District Attorney General's office.
The victim's family is offering a $3,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
