KNOXVILLE (WATE) - Knoxville police say they have identified a suspect in a man's fatal stabbing on August 25.
When officers responded to a domestic call at 2001 E. Fifth Avenue Saturday night, they found Omar Eric Ramos-Sanchez, 24, stabbed and laying in the front yard.
He died from his injuries and police said the suspect had fled the scene.
Police spokesman Darrell DeBusk said they will release more information about the suspect as their investigation continues. They have not yet released his name.
