OAKE RIDGE (WATE) - The changes continue at Y-12 in the aftermath of a security breach on July 28.

Officials with contractor B&W on Monday afternoon named Joe Henry, the current president of Nuclear Fuel Services in Erwin, as its chief operating officer.

This is a new position created to assist the president and general manager. Henry is expected to serve in this role for the next several months.

Y-12 has gone through a major shake up since three protestors broke into the outer perimeter and spray-painted and splashed blood on a uranium storage facility in July.

The protesters could face up to 16 years in prison if convicted on all counts.
