NEW MARKET (WATE) - It took several firefighters to put out an early morning mobile home fire Tuesday in New Market.

The New Market Volunteer Fire Department was called just before 2 a.m. to put out the fire in the home on Hinchey Hollow Road.

A preliminary investigation revealed the cause may have been arson.

Firefighters say the trailer was a rental and the residents had recently moved out. The home was destroyed.

In all, 15 to 20 firefighters, with three tankers and two engines, were needed to put out the fire.

No injuries were reported.
