KNOXVILLE (WATE) - Knoxville police say fans should think twice about storming the field if the Vols beat Florida Saturday night.
Police said Wednesday some fans have already said they'd like to storm the field after a victory.
The department reminds fans anyone who comes onto the field will be arrested and charged with aggravated criminal trespassing.
Also, anyone who convinces other fans to come onto the field will be arrested and charged with inciting a riot.
Officials say they'll share the names of any students who are arrested with Judicial Affairs. That could impact their future with UT and affect their ability to attend university events.
The department will post more officers in and near Neyland Stadium due to the sold-out crowd.
If the Vols win, UT officials told police they'll bring the players to the fans to celebrate.
