Today’s forecast is just about “picture perfect”. We will see plenty of sunshine, light wind, low relative humidity values and highs right about where we should be for this time of year, so please enjoy it! The area of high pressure giving us this nice day will slowly drift eastward on Monday, but we should still see a lot of sunshine and temperatures in the low-mid 70s. LENOIR CITY (WATE) - Three people were arrested Wednesday evening after police found what they believe was a meth lab in a car in the parking lot of the Lenoir City Walmart.

Officers were responding to a disturbance call at a nearby Dollar Tree store.

During the investigation, they found five people who had driven to the scene in the same car.

An officer noticed that one of those people, Ebony Gallaher, 26, of Sweetwater, had a plastic baggy sticking out of her shirt pocket.

Police found small quantities of meth and marijuana inside Gallaher's shirt pocket.

A K9 officer then alerted officers to the vehicle. Officials searched the car and found components that they say were being used for a meth lab, including a bottle of mixed chemicals that may have been left over from a previous meth cook.

They also found a small amount of meth and syringes inside the car.

Gallaher and the car's owner, Michael Willis, 29, were both arrested and charged with manufacturing meth and drug possession.

Police also found that another person with the pair, Cindy Wayman, 31, of Madisonville, had purchased psuedoephedrine from the Walmart pharmacy.

Officials believe Wayman intended to give the pills to Gallaher and Willis to make meth. Wayman was also arrested and charged with promoting the manufacture of meth.

All three were taken to the Loudon County Jail.
