Officials looking for female suspect in three Knoxville robberies

KNOXVILLE (WATE) - Officials are looking for the woman suspected of robbing three area businesses in a one-week period.

The Knox County Sheriff's Office, the Knoxville Police Department and the FBI believe the same woman robbed the Walgreens on Middlebrook Pike on Sept. 30, the Walgreens on N. Northshore Drive on Oct. 2 and Marco's Pizza on the same day.

The suspect is described as a white female, 18 to 25 years of age, approximately 5'0" to 5'5" tall, and weighing approximately 110 to 115 pounds.

She has been known to wear hats, wigs, and makeup to alter her appearance.

The suspect is considered armed and dangerous, as she has brandished a firearm in all three robberies.
