SEVIERVILLE (WATE) - A Sevier County man is facing homicide charges in a fatal accident from November 2011.
A grand jury presented the charges to Bradley Poarch, 25, last week.
Last year, police said Poarch crossed the center line on Boyd's Creek Highway and struck another car head-on.
Two people inside that car were killed.
Poarch was charged with two counts of reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon and one count of criminally negligent homicide.
A toxicology report concluded drugs or alcohol were not a factor in the crash.
