NEWPORT (WATE) - Cocke County officials released the identity of two bodies found in a Cosby home last week.
The bodies have been identified as Nancy McGill, 55, and her son Donald McGill, 38.
Officials have not yet released a cause of death for either person, but said they will release the information on Oct. 15.
Officers found their bodies last Thursday after they responded to a call that told them to check a home on Ball Hallow Road.
In Wednesday's statement, the sheriff's office said that they do not believe a third party was involved in either death.
