LUTTRELL (WATE) - Two people were arrested early Wednesday in a meth lab bust.
Union County authorities went to a home in the 200 block of Davis Road in Luttrell around 4 a.m. Wednesday to search for 34 year old Misty Lynn Hatfield on an outstanding warrant.
When deputies arrived at the home, they say they noticed a strong odor believed to be methamphetamine.
Sgt. Eric Logsdon then contacted other officers and obtained a search warrant for the residence.
The Sheriff's Department says investigators found an active meth lab inside the home.
Kevin Ray Dellinger, 41, and Jessica LeAnn Kuhn, 25, were arrested from the scene. Dellinger was charged with possession of schedule 6 drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and the manufacturing of methamphetamine. Kuhn was only charged with possession of schedule 2 drugs.
Deputies say there may be other charges as the investigation continues.
