ATLANTA, GEORGIA (WATE ) - The death of a UT fan who fell 45 feet at the Georgia Dome has been ruled an accident.
Isaac Grubb, 20, died of blunt force trauma. He fell from an upper level of the stadium during the Vols season opener on August 31st against North Carolina State University.
The police at the Georgia World Congress Center Authority investigated his death. The toxicology results revealed Grubb's blood alcohol level was .169 at the time of his death. That's more than twice the legal limit.
