FRIENDSVILLE (WATE) - Friendsville residents run the risk of over-sleeping this week when two scheduled power outages happen in their community during the early morning hours.
The power outages are scheduled to occur Tuesday and Friday between 1:00 and 3:00 a.m.
Fort Loudoun Electric Cooperative says the power outages are needed to perform critical maintenance and upgrades.
The neighborhoods affected by the outages are served by the Friendsville Substation. They include:

- Fort Loudon Estates 1 & 2
- Disco
- Long Hollow
- Old Glory
- Mt. Tabor
- Misty Heights
- Alanwick

- Louisville Addition
- Middlesettlements
- Miser Station
- Timberline
