KNOXVILLE (WATE) - The Knoxville Police Department said a homeless man used a BB gun to hold up a Walgreens on Sunday afternoon.
It happened at approximately 3:42 p.m. on the 2400 block of N. Broadway Street.
Officials said Richard Wolley, 38, of Knoxville, showed the BB gun to a pharmacy employee and demanded narcotics.
A store employee saw the robbery taking place and called police with a description of the suspect.
Wolley was arrested as he was leaving the store and had numerous narcotics on him.
He is charged with one count of aggravated robbery and is being held on $25,000 bond.
