PHOENIX (WATE) - A man wanted on child rape charges from Loudon County was tracked down Wednesday in Arizona.
According to the U.S. Marshals Office 61-year-old Edward Underwood, Jr. was arrested at a homeless shelter in Phoenix, Arizona.
Underwood is accused of raping a child under the age of 13 in July.
Underwood is being held in Arizona pending an extradition hearing.
