MIAMI, Fla. (WATE) - The boyfriend of the convicted pill mill operator who fled to Florida has been arrested on federal charges.
Brian Hatcher, 32, is accused of harboring a fugitive and threatening witnesses.
He was with his girlfriend, Tamral Guzman, when she was arrested earlier this week in Hollywood, Fla., but was released because of a paperwork issue.
Guzman was originally arrested
in December 2010 during a raid by federal agents at Maryville Pain
Management, the clinic she operated in
Maryville.
She failed to show up for trial last month, but was later convicted on drug, money laundering and conspiracy charges.
