BARBOURVILLE, Ky. (WATE) - Barbourville police need your help to find a missing man.
Jonathan Foley, 26, borrowed his father's cell phone on Tuesday and said he would be back shortly. His parents say that was the last time they saw him. They have been unable to reach him on the phone. Police say the cell has either been turned off or is out of service.
Investigators say his father found Foley's truck Wednesday night, but there was no sign of him.
