KNOXVILLE (WATE) - Northshore
Town Center has signed two new tenants to their West Knoxville mixed-use development.
Burger maker Five Guys, will
be joined by a newcomer to the market, Uncle Maddio's Pizza Joint, where
customers can build their own pizzas.
It will be Uncle Maddio's first Tennessee location. The restaurant offers homemade
pizzas, toasted paninis, and gourmet salads prepared with fresh ingredients and
salad dressings that are made daily.
The owner described the restaurant as the "Chipotle of Pizza".
"We're thrilled to open our first store in Tennessee and, in particular, in the award-winning,
fast-growing city of Knoxville," says Uncle Maddio's Founder and
Chief Pizza Maker Matt Andrew.
Five Guys will open their sixth
location in the metro Knoxville area.
Northshore Town Center is already home to Publix and Target as well as several other smaller stores.
