KNOXVILLE (WATE) - Knoxville Habitat for Humanity reached another milestone Friday.

Volunteers raised the walls on the 450th home to be built in our area.

The home is a part of Habitat's 'Music Row' on Leflore Road in West Knoxville.

Funding for the home came from an annual concert for the Charlie and Moll Anderson Foundation featuring a country music artist.

Reba McEntire performed at the last concert, which netted more than $250,000 for Knoxville Habitat for Humanity.

The family who received the new home must complete 500 hours of budgeting classes and volunteer work as well as make monthly interest-free mortgage payments for the next thirty years to stay in the home.
