ANDERSONVILLE (WATE) - Eighty employes of the Advance Auto Parts facility in Andersonville are losing their jobs, the company said Friday.
According to the company, lower demand for products is causing work to be shifted to other distribution facilities around the country.
Full-time employees will be offered severance packages and job placement assistance.
Company officials said the remaining 10 to 15 positions will be filled based on seniority and position qualifications.
The Andersonville facility is located on Mountain Road.
