KNOXVILLE (WATE) - Former Tennessee offensive coordinator David Cutcliffe is happy at Duke and has expressed no interest in taking over for Derek Dooley in Knoxville.
A source told WATE 6 Sports on Monday that Cutcliffe is likely looking at a contract extension in Durham.
The Blue Devils have won six games and will play in the postseason.
Duke has a limited history of bowl games, playing in just eight. Their last appearance was in the Hall of Fame Bowl after the 1994 regular season.
Cutcliffe is in his fifth season in Durham.
He is a former head coach at Ole Miss and served as an offensive coordinator twice at Tennessee-- both times under head coach Phillip Fulmer.
