KNOXVILLE (WATE) - The Bearden High School Band appeared Thursday in the 6abc/Dunkin Donuts Thanksgiving Day Parade in Philadelphia.
The appearance was part of a fall trip to Philadelphia and New York City.
The 142-member band left Knoxville early Wednesday.
Thursday's parade was broadcast by Philadelphia television station WPVI.
After the parade, the students toured Philadelphia before traveling to New York City for two days of sightseeing.
