KNOXVILLE (WATE) - A local cafe once featured on 6 News' Made in Tennessee received some national attention Tuesday for its Rocky Top Ice Cream Challenge.

"It's All So Yummy Cafe" on Peters Road was the latest restaurant to be featured on the History Channel's cross country ice cream challenge.

Camera crews with the network were in Knoxville Tuesday morning to see if some willing contestants could take on the challenge.

One contestant described the popular 16-layer sundae.

"Sixteen scoops of ice cream combines with two bananas, three brownies, chocolate syrup, caramel, whipped cream, orange slices, candy corn, and crushed-up sugar cone," said contestant Charles Rhinehart.

Restaurant owners say no one has ever been able to complete the challenge.

The Knoxville segment is expected to air on the History Channel sometime next year.
