ATLANTA, Ga. (WATE) - Former Lady Vol Chamique Holdsclaw was back in the courtroom Friday after being accused of attacking her ex-girlfriend.
Holdsclaw is charged with aggravated assault and a weapons charges.
Her lawyer said the case has not been indicted yet.
Holdsclaw turned herself in to police two weeks ago after they said she used a bat to break the windows of a car belonging to Jennifer Lacy, a player for WNBA's Tulsa Shock.
She is also accused of firing a shot into the car.
Holdsclaw remains out on bond and has been ordered to wear a monitoring device and have no contact with Lacy.
