KNOXVILLE (WATE) - Crews were at work on Tuesday repairing a West Knoxville restaurant that was seriously damaged by arson last week.

The fire broke out at the Texas Roadhouse near West Town Mall. Investigators say the fire was set intentionally in the front part of the business.

Surveillance video from the area, along with evidence found at the scene helped officials identify persons of interest, but so far no arrests have been made.

Employees say they're just busy working the get the doors open again.

"Between the restoration crew, the construction crew, our employees, everybody is working so hard because we are ready and want to see another weekend," said Ginny Matteson, a managing partner at Texas Roadhouse.

Matteson said the goal is to have the restaurant ready for business by 11:00 a.m. Friday.

The manager at Texas Roadhouse estimates the location will have lost $250,000 by the time repairs are finished, including the loss of sales.

Authorities are asking anyone with information to call 865-637-1386.

A $1,500 dollar reward is being offered for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible.
