KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Zach Azzanni has been named wide receivers coach and recruiting coordinator for Tennessee.
New Vols coach Butch Jones made the announcement on Sunday.
Azzanni comes to Tennessee from the University of Wisconsin, where he served as the wide receivers coach for the Big 10 champion Badgers this year.
Azzanni also coached at Western Kentucky last year and served on Urban Meyer's staff at Florida in 2010, also coaching for the Gators in the Allstate Sugar Bowl following the 2009 season.
Azzanni coached at Central Michigan from 2007-09 under Jones. In 2009, he was named the wide receivers coach of the year by footballscoop.com. He also served under Meyer at Bowling Green from 2001-02.
The selection of Azzanni rounds out Tennessee's coaching staff.
