KNOXVILLE (WATE) - A man was taken to the hospital after an overnight shooting in North Knoxville.
Police say they found the suspect at 1705 Glenwood Avenue around 2:35 a.m. Thursday.
The victim, Charjuan
Hayes, 21, of Knoxville, was on the second floor of the house with a gunshot wound to the chest. He was taken to UT Medical Center in critical but stable condition.
Several other people were inside the home at the time. Three were taken to KPD headquarters for questioning.
Police are still trying to determine a motive.
No other names have been released.
