KNOXVILLE (WATE) - One person was shot and injured in Knoxville on Saturday morning.
Police said it happened around 1:50 a.m. on 5th Avenue and Arthur Street.
The victim told police he was shot by people in a dark, small vehicle.
The unidentified victim was shot in the foot and back and was transported to UT Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
