HARRIMAN (WATE) - A Harriman man was arrested for allegedly sending inappropriate texts to an underage girl.

The Roane County Sheriff's Office says Benjamin Miller, 34, sent two different texts to the teen girl asking her to send him picture of her simulating sexual activity in the shower.

Investigators say he met her through a mutual acquaintance.

"It went very quickly from there from there, from what I've seen so far on the texts. Probably within a month he was asking her to do things that should not be asked of a child," explained Det. Dan Schneider with the Harriman Police Department.

The girl's parents contacted police after checking her phone. Officers arrested Miller for especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor.

This isn't the first time Miller has been arrested for inappropriate behavior.

In 2011, he was arrested after investigators found more than 100 child pornography images on his computer. They say he was circulating them to other in the pornographic community.

"Basically they are collectors who find these videos, images and store them on their computer. They make them available for other collectors, so they can complete their collections," Det. Schneider said.

Miller was out on bond awaiting a trial date on those charges at the time of his most recent arrest.
