KNOXVILLE (WATE) - A third suspect has been taken into custody in connection with a New Year's Eve fire.

Fire investigators with the Knoxville Fire Department arrested Brad Paul Jones, 19, on Tuesday morning.

Jones was apprehended in an alley way near the Quality Bakery in Lonsdale on Burnside Avenue as investigators were following up on the fire.

The fire started after fire investigators said fireworks caused a truck at the bakery to catch fire.

Jones is being held at the Knox County Detention Center.
