LAFOLLETTE (WATE) - A LaFollette man was arrested on child rape and battery charges.
Jeffrey Thomas Sills, 42, was arrested in late December after an investigation found that he inappropriate sexual relations with two children aged 10 and under.
In one incident, police said he raped a 10-year-old boy by having oral sex with the child at the boy's home during fall break in October of last year.
According to a LaFollette Police Department report, Sills also gave the boy marijuana to smoke during the incident. The boy later tested positive for the drug.
During the same fall break week, Sills is accused of inappropriately touching a seven-year-old girl with his mouth and genitals.
Sills was arrested on December 28 and charged with aggravated sexual battery, rape of a child and drug possession.
