JELLICO (WATE) - A Kingsport woman is dead after her vehicle hydroplaned in heavy rain Sunday afternoon.
State troopers say the accident happened just before 2 p.m. in Campbell County.
Elizabeth Elsevier, 42, was driving on Interstate 75 near mile marker 157 when her vehicle hydroplaned, went off the roadway and hit a guardrail. She died from her injuries.
