Deputies look for woman who robbed a Knox County gas station

KNOXVILLE (WATE) - The Knox County Sheriff's Office is looking for a white female who robbed a North Knox County gas station Monday night.

The incident happened around 8:30 p.m. at the Super Stop Market located on East Beaver Creek Drive.

According to the sheriff's office, the suspect entered the gas station and looked around the store for a few minutes.

She then approached the female cashier, brandished a gun, and told the clerk that she would shoot and kill her if she did not open the cash register drawer.

After taking cash from the drawer, the suspect fled the store toward Emory Road.

The suspect is described as a white female, approximately 5'5" tall, between 130 and 150 pounds with a thin build, brown eyes, brown hair, and a distinctively large nose and deep, raspy voice.

She was last seen wearing heavy makeup with blue eyeshadow, a pink or red toned t-shirt covered by a gray hoodie, tight blue jeans, and UGG-style boots.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Knox County Sheriff's Office at (865) 215-2243.
