RUTLEDGE (WATE) - A Washburn woman was arrested Monday after the Grainger County Grand Jury charged her with two counts aggravated statutory rape.
Thadra Tipton, 29, is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old male on two separate occasions at a residence in Thorn Hill.
Tipton is out of jail on a $10,000 bond.
