KNOXVILLE (WATE) - From power outages to slick roads, a winter snow storm wrought havoc on East Tennesseans Thursday.
Around 6 p.m., more than 25,000 KUB customers were without power. As of 10:30 p.m., that number was just under 15,000.
Customers in South Knoxville, Kodak, Maynardville, East Knoxville/Holston, Strawberry Plains and Bearden were all affected.
