Knoxville crews extinguish vacant house blaze


KNOXVILLE (WATE) - Firefighters extinguished a vacant house blaze late Saturday night, according to the Knoxville Fire Department.

Crews arrived on the 600 block of Agnes Road around 10:50 p.m.

Neighbors reported that there was a fire at the home.

When officials arrived, they found a small, vacant structure with fire spreading inside the front door.  The flames were extinguished shortly after.

The cause of the fire is under investigation, and no injuries have been reported.
