KNOXVILLE (WATE) - Knox County deputies have identified the body that was found Tuesday in a South Knox County pond.

James Dobbins, 54, of Woodlawn School Road, was found dead Tuesday evening by a woman who spotted the body while tending to her horses.

Dobbins' wife reported him missing on Jan. 28.

According to deputies, the woman said her husband had made death threats against her and suicide threats in the past.

His body was taken to the University of Tennessee Regional Forensic Center for examination.  There were no signs of foul play.
