KNOXVILLE (WATE) - The University of Tennessee has announced junior guard Trae Golden is doubtful for the Vols next game at Arkansas.
Golden injured his left hamstring in a game against Vanderbilt on Tuesday night.
The Volunteers did not practice Wednesday, but Golden was re-evaluated and underwent rehab. He also underwent an MRI, but results are not expected until Thursday.
Golden was averaging more than 10 points and 4 assists per game. He had recently been relegated to a back-up role in the Vols last six games.
Tennessee plays Arkansas on Saturday in Fayetteville, Ark.
