KNOXVILLE (WATE) - A pair of armed robbers hit a Dollar General in Knoxville.
According to the Knoxville Police Department it happened at the store on Rutledge Pike just after 7:30 Tuesday night.
Officers say two white males walked into the store wearing masks. They were armed with a black handgun.
The robbers demanded money from the cash register. They managed to get an unknown amount of cash, then took off on foot towards Spring Hill Road.
