GREENEVILLE (WATE) - Two winning quarterbacks and an offensive lineman, all from East Tennessee, will continue their playing careers this fall at Tusculum.
Pioneers head coach Frankie DeBusk recruited Oak Ridge's Rian Hall, Cosby's Drew Schreder and Wartburg's Brandon Robinson.
Hall is listed as an athlete for Tusculum, but played primarily at quarterback and earned District MVP honors for that position the Oak Ridge Wildcats.
Tusculum list Schreder at quarterback and defensive back. As Cosby's quarterback he threw 20 touchdown passes and ran for eight more. He also set the school single season passing record.
Robinson is an offensive lineman and was a captain on the Wartburg squad. He earned All-District honors twice.
Tusculum is struggling to return to winning ways. After going 6-5 in 2010, the Pioneers fell to 3-8 in 2011 and 2-9 in 2012.
