JEFFERSON CITY (WATE) - Police in Jefferson City are looking for the man who robbed a woman in the parking lot of an area business.

On Friday morning at about 9:55 a.m., a white male approached the victim and threatened her with a weapon.

He fled after the incident in a late 90s light blue Ford sedan.

The male was wearing blue jeans, a dark jacket and a black hat with the number "3" on it. The male is described as stocky build with a goatee in his 40s.
