ROGERSVILLE (WATE) - A Mooresburg man was arrested Friday after Hawkins County deputies say they saw the man walking nude along a road.
The deputies were called to State Highway 31 after receiving a report of a man walking nude. They reported seeing Michael Adam Underwood, 24, wearing only a pair of tennis shoes.
When the deputies attempted to stop Underwood he fled, jumping over a highway guard rail and down an embankment.
The deputies searched 20 minutes for Underwood before they tracked him down hiding behind a tree.
The officers say Underwood appeared to be disoriented and had difficulty remembering where he parked his car or left his clothes.
Underwood faces charges of public intoxication, evading arrest, and indecent exposure.
