TAZEWELL (WATE) - An East Tennessee Endangered Child Alert issued late Tuesday was canceled when Tazewell police located a two-month old infant and her mother.
The alert was issued when Autumn Lee Bunch disappeared Monday. According to Tazewell Police Ptl. Jeremy Myers The baby was found safe in Tazewell.
The baby's mother, Ashley Leach, 19, was taken into custody.
When the alert was issued police said they were also searching for her father Aaron Bunch, 23, but they have not said if he is still being sought.
An arrest warrant was on file for Ashley Leach. Police say both parents have a history of drug abuse.
